Bershtein Law’s litigation practice includes analysis and advisement on every aspect of the case from the beginning through any post-judgment appeals. Before many of our cases are filed, we engage in investigation of the underlying matter, pre-filing negotiations, and attempted mediations. Once the case is filed, we engage in all aspects of the litigation process including preparation and filing of commencement documents, motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeal.
