Tony Tsenesidis serves as the Firm’s Head of Real Estate. Mr. Tsenesidis’s broad experience in real estate law allows him to best serve the needs of our clients and referral partners .
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tsenesidis worked at several real estate law firms in New York City focusing on residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, financing, leasing, dispositions, cooperative and condominium law, foreclosures, New York Supreme Court litigation, and summary nonpayment and holdover landlord-tenant housing court proceedings.
Mr. Tsenesidis’s background further demonstrates his passion for real estate. A born and bred New Yorker, Mr. Tsenesidis grew up exposed to his family’s real estate business. Furthermore, Mr. Tsenesidis focused his education on real estate while concurrently obtaining a law degree from Brooklyn Law School and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. His education and experience allow him to represent his clients with a full understanding of the legal, practical, and business implications that surround real estate. Mr. Tsenesidis is also a licensed real estate broker in New York.
When not working, Mr. Tsenesidis enjoys working out at the gym, watching and playing soccer, reading about current events, and travelling to Greece in the summer.
